Aeriva Service Plan Terms & Conditions

Terms relating to Aeriva heat pump service plans, servicing and ongoing support.

1. Service Plans

Aeriva service plans provide ongoing servicing, maintenance support and system reviews for eligible air source heat pump systems.


2. Monthly Payments

Service plans are billed monthly via recurring subscription payment.

Payments will continue automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.


3. Annual Service Visits

Plans that include annual servicing are based on one routine service visit per 12-month period.

Service visits are subject to availability and booking arrangements.


4. Existing Systems

Aeriva may refuse or cancel cover for systems considered unsafe, poorly maintained, incorrectly installed or beyond economical repair.

Where significant faults are identified, additional repair work may be quoted separately.


5. Repairs & Callouts

Service plans do not include unlimited repairs or emergency breakdown cover unless specifically stated.

Discounted callouts or support benefits apply only where included within the selected plan.

Replacement parts, refrigerant, major repairs or specialist equipment may be chargeable separately.


6. Optimisation & Performance

Optimisation reviews and performance advice are provided based on visible system operation and accessible controls/settings at the time of inspection.

Aeriva cannot guarantee specific running costs, savings or performance outcomes.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe access to equipment
  • Ensure electricity and internet (where applicable) are available
  • Notify Aeriva of known faults or system changes
  • Follow manufacturer guidance where appropriate

8. Missed Appointments

Aeriva reserves the right to charge for repeated missed appointments or appointments cancelled at short notice.


9. Cancellations

Service plans are subject to a minimum 12-month term from the start date.

After the initial 12-month period, plans may be cancelled at any time by contacting Aeriva.

If a plan is cancelled within the initial 12-month period, the remaining balance for the minimum term may become payable.

No partial refunds are provided for unused periods after payment has been taken.

Where an annual service has already been completed, Aeriva reserves the right to charge the standard service rate if the plan is cancelled shortly afterwards.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • Pre-existing faults
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Power outages
  • Third-party system modifications
  • Consequential losses arising from system failure

Nothing within these terms limits statutory consumer rights.


11. Changes to Plans

Aeriva reserves the right to amend pricing, plan structure or included benefits with reasonable notice.
